1. Environmental Walk-In Test Chambers Advantages:

Structure:

To ensure the housing metal sheet flat and precise. We use the Germany TRUMPF metal processing machine. Automatically control laser cutting. You can feel its good flatness.

Our housing is steel plate galvanized and zinc painted inside.

To keep its outstanding appearance in long term service, we apply the coating technology of automotive for the surface treatment:

Acid-cleaning, coslettise, drying, spraying, baking, then packing back.

This technology hardly causes coating damage. Long time no-lose color.

Refrigerating System:

For enhance the whole refrigerating system performance, we use professional and advanced copper tube bending machine, this can decrease the welding points over 50%, and decrease right-angles of the tube, Also less welding points can reduce the resistance when the liquid flowing inside, to keep compressor working in higher efficiency, and better energy-saving.

And for welding the copper tube, we use Liquid Nitrogen protection welding technology, this can better protect the tube and keep the cooling system clean.

All this will do good to the compressor. we use the GEA Bock compressor (made in Germany) for the walk-in chamber.

Water and electricity system separating design:

For improving the comparable fragile part, heating part of constant high damp heat test, we apply water and electricity system separating design, to keep the water and electricity system separated with external humidifying system, and use top brand(e.g.: DANFOSS, Schneider, Danfoss, Emerson, Saginomiya, etc. ) for all electronic components to make sure the chambers' quality and service time.

1. Heat preservation material, we use high-intensity PU foam with flame retardant material and high density glass fiber cotton, which can assure high precise and better uniformity and avoid unnecessary energy loss. Meanwhile, our design can better assure personnel safety when operating a Walk-in Chamber.

Flexibility for structure
The panels used in our chamber are 4" (100mm or 150mm) Thick urethane-foam sandwiched between a stainless-steel interior wall and a coated-steel exterior. An assembled box is self-supporting. So that no heavy structural members are required. Different door sizes, flooring upgrades, access ports, and other modifications are possible.
