The salt spray test chamber is a climate simulation device that tests the corrosion of electronic equipment, metallic material, as well as some surface treatment--coating, galvanizing, organic/inorganic coating, anodizing treatment, rust-proof oil coating, etc. Performance indicators in line with requirements of GB / T5170.8 Electrical and Electronic Products, Environmental Testing Equipment, the Basic Parameters of the Test Method. The salt spray corrosion test chamber according to GB / T2423.17 Electronic and Electrical Products Basic Environmental Test Procedures Test: Salt Spray Test Method for neutral salt spray test can also be used for acetic acid salt test.

Application
Salt water spray test device: This device is used to test the surface treatment of various materials. The so-called treatments include coating, electroplating, films of organic and non-organic materials,anodizing, anti-rest oil and corrosion resistant treatment, which may achieve the purpose of keeping the items from being corroded for a longer period.

Features:
A. The whole part of the device is made of P.V.C. Sheet and the inside of the device is reinforced by using a special lining material. Hence, it is sturdily made and will not transform forever.
B. The test chamber is heated from five directions in order to ensure the temperature difference in
the chamber may be kept within (± 1ºC).
C. Spray nozzle: The nozzle is specially made to enable it to suck up the salt water and then spray it out in the shape of mist with considerable high speed. When it falls on the surface of the item
being tested, the difference of fallen mist may be controlled within ± 0.3ml / 80 cm2h.
D. HUNTER PRINCIPLE is used to make the saturated air hot and moist and to keep the humidity in the test chamber required for test.
E. Temperature is the pre-requisite condition that with have direct impact on corrosion rate. We use P.I.D. temperature control unit to limit the temperature difference within the range of ± 0.5ºC.
F. A warning device is used to indicate the low level of the test fluid, when the fluid is only enough for being sprayed for five hours, a buzzer will remind the user to replenish the liquid to ensure
continuous spray test.
G. Use full automatic detecting system, test stopped automatic, and lighting display when trouble.

1. Do you offer after-sales service? How can I ask for that? And how about the warranty?
Every machine from our factory has a 14-month warranty after shipment. Generally, we offer 12 months for the FREE maintenance, while considering of sea transportation, we can extend 2 months for our customers.
 
If your machine doesn't work, you can send E-mail to us and we will try our best to find the problem by email or skype video chat if neccesary. After confirmation of the problem, we can send you new spare parts or provide on-site repair.
 
2. What's the delivery term?
At most of time, we have stock in the factory. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 30-40 working days after deposit receipt. If you are in urgent need, we can consider making a special arrangement for you.

3. Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?
Yes, of course. We can not only offer standard machines, but also customized machines according to your requirements. And we can also put your logo on the machine.  

4. How to install and use the product?
We will send you operating instructions, English  video by Email. Or you can download on our officail website directly. 
Most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, all you need to do is to connect the power cable and start to use.  And if possible, we can also install your machine at site.
