Our environmental chambers can be used to do the following battery safety tests: heating test, temperature cycling test and low pressure test (alititude test). In order to ensure the safety of the test, when testing products with explosion and fire hazards such as batteries, it is generally necessary to add some explosion-proof devices:
Explosion-proof window: Multi-layer vacuum glass window with a stainless steel protective net, preventing the glass from flying in case of explosion.
Explosion-proof pressure relief port: When the pressure in the equipment or pipeline exceeds the pressure of the safety valve, the pressure relief is automatically opened.
Explosion-proof door chains: Quickly vent internal air pressure and protect personnel safety.
Optional devices: gas detector, smoke detector, spark / fire detector, air exhauster, alarm light, fire extinguisher, sprinkler...
