Application
The product is suitable for electronic elements' safety test, provide reliability test, at the same time, through this equipment test, can improve the reliability of products and product quality control.
Enclosure structure characteristics
1. Vertical, two zone chamber has hot and cold zones that can be controlled independently.
Horizontal, three zone thermal shock chamber utilizes controlled areas for hot, ambient and cold temperatures.
2. Double duty thermal shock chambers from KOMEG are designed with hot zones above and below the cold zone and a two compartmentproduct carrier that simultaneously moves products between the hot and cold zones
Controller System
1. Low temperature and high temperature zone conversion time less than or equal to 15 seconds.
2. The temperature recovery time less than or equal to 5 minutes.
