This customized HAST test chamber features a double-slot, double-layer design, divided into upper and lower test areas. Each area is equipped with its own controller, enabling simultaneous testing of two different conditions, which significantly enhances testing efficiency.
The chamber's interior incorporates a barrel structure that effectively prevents condensation and dripping from above. Additionally, the internal surfaces are constructed from welded SUS316 stainless steel, ensuring superior corrosion resistance and increased durability.
HAST test chambers are ideal for conducting high-voltage, high-temperature, and unsaturated/saturated damp heat tests on IC packaging, semiconductors, microelectronic chips, magnetic materials, and other electronic components. By utilizing highly accelerated stress testing, potential product defects can be swiftly identified, allowing designers to assess sealing and aging performance and refine product design.
