Product Overview & Application

HAST (Highly Accelerated Stress Test) chamber can perform very extreme accelerated test, which is applied to test high temperature and high humidity resistance of product or material under condition of specified temperature (above 100°C), humidity (65% to 100%) and specified pressure.

It is widely used in semiconductors, IC packing, plastic sealed parts and so on.
