Liquid Temperature Shock Test Chamber with Customizable Environmental Conditions
The Liquid-to-Liquid Thermal Shock Chamber utilizes liquid as the temperature control medium, rapidly circulating liquids of varying temperatures through a pump to achieve quick temperature changes. During testing, the sample is alternately immersed in high-temperature and low-temperature liquids, creating a temperature shock effect.
Designed specifically for chip testing, this chamber features a servo motor drive module that controls the hanging basket, providing accuracy, stability, and a high load capacity. The refrigeration system effectively cools the chamber, while the electronic control system manages the entire testing process. A PID controller ensures precise regulation of the test temperature.
