Chamber Structure
Material of outer case:
The housing is processed and formed with high-quality (t=1.2mm) A3 color plates through CNC machine with surface sprayed with plastics, looking smoother and more artistic;
Material of inner case:
Imported high-grade stainless steel (SUS304)
Auxiliary structure
Height of sample shelf can be adjusted as required.
Since designing test equipment according to historical experience, a reasonable air channel circulation system has formed and the temperature inside the chamber can obtain the highest uniformity.
Parallel distance between test specimen and lamp surface:
Reach the irradiance requirements of sample test (the height of test specimen platform is adjustable).
Subsidiary Functions
Temperature controller based on PID actions differentiated by hour
Platinum thermometer measures temperature of dry-bulb temperature, and transmit dry-bulb temperature and the main set valve in the means of continuous communication.
Light source control
Automatically monitor temperature: Irradiatometer is attached to control irradiance by adjusting pressure of lamp through pressure regulator to keep the irradiance at stated level while controlling test time.
Platinum resistance temperature sensor
STT-R series platinum resistance temperature sensor: Introducing stainless steel housing, stuffed with heat conduction materials and sealed with sealing materials, small-sized, highly capable of preventing water and shock of up to IP67.
Temperature signal solid module
Temperature signal solid module SSR is short for Solid State Relay.
New contact-less electronic switch is manufactured with foreign advanced technology and components with high performance
The input end needs small control current only, and is well compatible with various integrated circuits such as TTL, HTL, CMOS and so on.

Output circuit can use controllable silicone or larger-power transistor to connect and disconnect load current. Photo-coupler is used between input and output, and both connection and disconnection shall not contact parts, so it is featured by reliable work, quick switching rate, non noise, long service live, small size, non spark, corrosion resistance, explosion prevention and vibration resistance.
