Thermal Shock - Exposes your product testing between extreme temperatures

KOMEG Thermal Shock test chambers are designed to give quick transitions between a HOT and COLD temperature zones. Available in vertical, horizontal and liquid models. Thermal stock test chambers are used in all industries including Automotive, Electronics, Aerospace, and others to help find product defects in electronic components and product assemblies. Thermal shock is important with MIL -STD 883 test standard.

Our test chambers offer up to 30% energy savings and R-449A /R-448A refrigerant that will future-proof your testing.

KOMEG offers several configurations of thermal shock chambers capable of meeting a wide variety of testing needs.
Vertical, two zone chamber has hot and cold zones that can be controlled independently.
Horizontal, three zone thermal shock chamber utilizes controlled areas for hot, ambient and cold temperatures.
Double duty thermal shock chambers from KOMEG are designed with hot zones above and below the cold zone and a two compartment product carrier that simultaneously moves products between the hot and cold zones.

How to choose proper Thermal Shock Chamber?
Compared with 3-zone chamber, 2-zone thermal shock owns  small configuration,low cost and low failure rate;
Compared with 2-zone chamber, 3-zone thermal shock can be used for testing samples that cannot be moved or with load.  But the pre-cold and pre-hot temperature should be over to the test temperature, as a result, the configuration of  total power and energy storage devices will be increased.
