Liquid to Liquid Thermal Shock Test Chamber for Reliable Temperature Testing Solutions
Product Description
This is a Liquid-to-Liquid Thermal Shock Chamber designed for chip testing. It features a servo motor drive module that controls the hanging basket, ensuring accuracy, stability, and a high load capacity. The refrigeration system effectively cools the chamber, while the electronic control system manages the entire testing process. A PID controller is employed to precisely regulate the test temperature.
Basket size: W300mm*H200mm*D250mm
External size: W1400mm*H2000mm*D1450mm
Impact temperature range: low temperature -55ºC to -10ºC, high temperature +60ºC to +125ºC
High temperature bath: +60ºC to +150ºC
Preheating time: RT to +150ºC about 30 minutes
Low temperature bath: 0ºC to -65ºC
Precooling time: RT to -65ºC about 60 minutes
Conversion time: ≤ 10 sec
Impact transition time/temperature recovery time: +125ºC to -55ºC ≤ 5min
The Liquid-to-Liquid Thermal Shock Chamber can meet more stringent test conditions than the air-to-air thermal shock chamber, resulting in a higher cost. However, it is not suitable for all products. This chamber is primarily used for testing chips, PCBs, and semiconductor materials. If you are interested in purchasing a liquid-to-liquid or air-to-air temperature shock test chamber, please provide us with your specific test conditions. KOMEG is ready to create thermal shock environmental chambers solutions designed just for your products.
