FAQ:
1. What is the lead time?
40 working days for standard models of temperature humidity chambers below 1000 liters, 60 working days for thermal shock chambers and walk in chambers.
2. What is the calibration process?
As to the calibration process, it takes USD300 for a calibration certificate from a CNAS laboratory in China. To support you, we can pay the cost of the first calibration.
You can contact local laboratories such as TUV, SGS, etc for the next calibration.
3. What is the after-sales process?
You will get 12 months free components warranty.
If any components fail, we will send you the new ones for replacement and guide your engineers for maintenance by email or video meeting.
If the above steps can't solve the problem, we can ask our local distributors to repair it at your company and you just need to pay the labor cost.
