Enclosure structure characteristics
1. The box body is PRO-forming by CNC machine, modelling beautiful generous, and with no reaction handle, easy to operate.
2. Enclosure bladder made of imported advanced stainless steel (SUS304) mirror plate, outside the box body is coated with A3 steel, increase the appearance quality and cleanliness.
3. The large observation window attached lamp too keep brighting inside cabinet, and use of fever embedded toughened glass, clear observate the condition in the cabinet at any time.
4. The left side of the cabinet with a diameter of 50 mm hole, used for external test power supply cord or signal lines.
Controller
1. Temperature control adopts imported touch button type instrument, simple operation setting. (Japan RKC waalwijk)
2. After input data and test conditions, controller with locking function, avoid human touch and temperature change.
3. With the function of automatic calculus of P. I. D, can be corrected the temperature change conditions mmediately, make more accurate and stable temperature control.
4. Optional printer.
Frozen and the wind road system
1. Chiller adopting French "Taikang" enclosed totally compressor.
2. The refrigeration system use unit or binary type low temperature circuit system.
3. Adopt more wing type blower air supply cycle, to avoid any dead space, can make the uniform temperature distribute in the test area.
4. The wind circle with outlet air and return air design, the wind velocity are accord with test standard, and can make the door instantaneous temperature stabilizing time fast.
5. Completely independent of heating, cooling, system can improve the efficiency and reduce test cost, increase longevity, reduce the failure rate.
